Nothing irritates me more than a stock that doesn’t preform on a huge day, ie. Research In Motion Limited (USA) [[RIMM]] . The stock is having a difficult time getting and staying above $134, above $135 I think you must own it. The company reports earnings in a few weeks, so it’s one to watch.
Next, we’ll talk about a stock that’s near and dear to my heart, Energy Conversion Devices, Inc. [[ENER]] . This stock has $100 written all over it, just take a look at the options. A big move in the stock is priced in, largely due to earnings next week. I still like it right here even with oil moving lower. My guess is the stock runs in anticipation of earnings, that will be when i take some off the table, the rest will ride.
Becton, Dickinson and Co. [[BDX]] is finally above $88, this stock is in a sweet spot with medical device space on fire. The stock also received a high ranking on PPT, it’s a pretty safe place to park a few dollars.
I don’t plan on doing much today. I have a number of positions setup, it’s time to watch them unfold, or not.
