Provided we don’t fall into the abyss this week, and Santa does indeed come to town, here are a few names worth watching to start the week.
First up, we will talk about the $VIX. If we see continued strength in the VIX you can forget the ideas below, and go long your favorite inverse ETF. I want to see the vix back off here:
Next up, we have @Kunal00 favorite store, express $EXPR. This one looks ripe for a squeeze:
China has been red hot, and $QIHU looks ripe for a move here. I’m a buyer on strength. (CLICK HERE for top industry page).
$SCHN – Very similar to the letter $X, before it broke out. Keep on watch with strength in steel names:
$UCO – I bought some of this last week and I’m looking to add with strength in oil:
And, finally the transports, $TRAN. I want to see the index hold recent gains and possibly push higher for me to continue to look for longs:
