Yingli Green Energy Hold. Co. Ltd. (ADR) [[YGE]] is a stock I own, and a stock I want to buy more of on a pullback. As you can see from the chart below, the stock broke out from its symmetrical triangle pattern after earnings and is now pulling back to support.
You also have a bunch of moving average support underneath, which should provide a margin of safety. Should the averages (most notably the 50 & 100 day) fail, it will be time to exit.
I have been following solar closely over the past few weeks, and I am hearing the same thing in every conference call, companies have finally worked off their high inventory and margins are beginning to improve.
