I See a Red Door…

REd door

Giants got drubbed for their first loss of the year. Ed Hochule’s crew called the worst game I’ve ever seen (the “phantom hold” call negating a brilliant Jacobs catch in the end zone will be talked about for years to come), but even without that egregious Carlos Marcello-like fix, I don’t think the Giants could have stanched such a brilliant performance by Drew Brees.

Conclusions?  New Orleans is for real and the Giant secondary is extremely suspect after this week.

Now I will retreat into my sweat lodge to meditate on the coming days of trading.

{Aside to Fly — you are invited. It looks like the Titans may want to de-list this year.}

Not this retard version, however. The stones, of course.

I didn’t think the Stones version, while much better, was angry enough for my current purposes.

I fear I am taking it out a little too harshly on the ugly redneck Obama fan, Purdy.

      Ah well.

Come on Jake … who have the Giants beaten so far ….. all losers, they had this coming and more!

Now my Pats on the other hand … though playing the lowly Titans, may have found the Tom Brady of old as he is completing long attempts for touchdowns once again….

Brady’s never been the same since he took the beating of his pretty-faced life against my Giants in the Superbowl.

Which we won, if you recall.

Also, the Pats lost to the Jets, who just lost to the Bills in a game that could best be described as mutual ineptitude.

      Enough said.

Right … the guy doesn’t play for a year and you think he’s gunna step onto the field and be great from game one … hahaha

The best of them need a few games to get their timing and accuracy back and today may have been the turning point …

Superbowl schill … that ugly boy QB of yours was “in the grasp” and I’ll go to my grave waiting for the whistle!

Good to see the Beagles get beat, at least. Next best thing to the Crackboys getting beat.

The Giants are the New Raiders. I predict they will reach new lows from their high and Gold nears $2000.

Grazie. And note — I haven’t given up hope yet.

The more people that recognize what’s going on — and keep hold of their capital — the stronger our component will be when the smoke clears.

Mack, I’m pretty sure I responded on this one earlier, but I’ll repeat…

I don’t like messing with these sub-$1.00 deals. I learned my lesson back in the days when GG was separate from WHT that you could go broke or die of hunger waiting for these things to develop, and they are incredibly manipulated. You are better off playing in the $2-$5 region if you want to play “option type” firecrackers.

That all said, the long term chart on this looks pretty good. It just broke a pretty significant intermediate term level at 78 cents. As well, it looks like 82.5 cents or so is “the right side of the cup” ending, from which I’d expect you to get a nice pullback into a “handle” from which then it should takeoff.

The question will be “when” and I’m going to bet it won’t be before we see a significant dollar rally. One to keep an eye on, and maybe take some off the table at that 82 cent mark, imho.

I think more and more people are realizing what is going on. Most of my friends are lower income and I am seeing the change in the way they are viewing their position and place in the big picture.

For instance, my very best friend who is a single mom of four, and is working on her PHD, told me the other day that she had managed to pay off over thirty thousand dollars in credit card debt, and then asked me if I would help her figure out the best way to make a savings account grow. I like Fidelity, and she has a small 401K in Fidelity, so can open a savings/investing account, so I told her to start transferring money in there every month for savings and speak with the advisors about her best options.

This girl’s parents never even graduated third grade, I don’t think. They were migrant workers, fruit pickers, and she grew up in the basement of a house where the actual house itself was never built, in the middle of the boondocks.

She just landed a big paying job, is very intelligent, and has about as much trust in the government as we do. Which is none.

My point being, that the people who have worked for nothing all their lives, were raised by people who spent their lives living from paycheck to paycheck, are opening their eyes, and seeing that it is up to them, not the government, to get and then protect a better quality of life.

I see it in my little brothers wife (my brother passed away last year) who came from nothing, tell me that she is bound and determined to save this money and find a way to make it grow… his life insurance money, because she doesn’t trust the government any longer, and wants her kids to have something when it is all said and done.

The same from one of my renters, who is an ex-convict and has completely changed her life around. Now she is trying to buy my house. She told me she has no debt now. She said it is the greatest feeling she has ever had, and the first thing she does every month is pay her bills and go over her budget.

People are waking up. I have the utmost faith in the average U.S. Citizen. They are starting to open their eyes and think for themselves. Our citizens are our greatest commodity.

I agree with you, Jake, and for the reason you state, I too have great hope for our country, still.

Good to hear those stories, Chanci. It’s a shame the gov’t has forgotten that not only should it trust it’s citizens, it is also subserviant to them.

My husband gave me some money and asked me to buy a stock for him in his individual account a few weeks ago, so I bought Oilsands Quest (BQI). (he likes oil stocks) He seemed almost ticked off when he saw what I bought, but I don’t know, seems downright bullish to me.

Does anyone else like this stock?

Oil needs to trade regularly at around $90/bbl for this type of extraction to be profitable from what I’ve read/heard. Long term I see no issue in reaching that price.

Added to position this AM @ 1.33 .

Resides in a technically healthy posture.

Large size @ 1.36 once ‘cleaned-up’ should revisit 1.49 and above that, BTFO!!
