No one in the comments section correctly “Named That Chart,” from my last post, with a stump of the readership. Admittedly, it was yet another tough one this week. But on Stocktwits @BCTraderGuy did correctly guess it.
The correct answer is that the monthly chart is of Macy’s, the famous department store.
This has been a very big winner not just in recent years but in terms of outperforming other retail plays in 2014. Still, the monthly trend is quite steep and likely in danger of a deeper pullback into the summer months.
