Would Natural Gas Hurt if You Dropped it on Your Foot?

dennis-gartman

Amid the frenzy in precious metals and miners today, do not forget other commodities such as coffee, corn, and natural gas, all still firming up headed into next week.

On the weekly chart of the natural gas ETF, you are looking to see if $24 now is clearly left in the dust. If so, I expect the breakout to just be getting started here, with a move into the $30’s within shot by the spring.

The thinly-traded cotton ETN, BAL, is also noteworthy.

My silver miner, SVM, got destroyed today after a thoroughly botched quarter. Luckily, I lightened up a little on yesterday’s ramp into earnings. I think I’ll give it a few days…

Chess, I think that long coiled base on CORN still looks promising.
