    negate the split in citi and its literally back to all time lows around 2009, ominous : (

    Look at TLR. Dog w fleas but permits pending by end of next month for mining approval. Also, Rockstar R evaluating properties and/or entire TLR company. Stock traded at over $5. Now 0.19c. Has not moved snce Rockstar announcement. 1% institutional ownership.
