In addition to those ideas mentioned on my video market recap on Tuesday, MAT is probably the most actionable long idea in the toy space, as we head towards Black Friday. While not a perfect daily chart, first below, due to criss-crossed moving averages, the setup is clean enough to merit watching. I like it above Tuesday’s highs.
And on the short side, the CMG rising wedge we looked at last week looks to be resolving lower. If we see market weakness tomorrow I would look at a quick short with perhaps room to drop to the 50-day moving average, well below.
