Yes, but could signal rotation back into industrials/energy and large caps such as Apple, too.
I am a firm believer in not fighting the tape, but the tape is showing signs of wear and tear. Rotation is fine as long as the spin continues to come back around for every sector/industry. But if the merry-go-round keeps ejecting stocks, I’d start getting concerned.
