It might be the right time to pick up a second home in LV Che$$.
As you know, Henderson’s affordable at these prices.
N. LV has some respectable neighborhoods for $100,000-$200,000 (2005-ish models).
Also, the “less” desirable South Strip already has and will continue to bring in more 21st Casinos a decade or a few from now.
South Point, “M” and Silverton Casinos offer everything that Vegas’ heart does… (maybe less glamor and bebes).
