Just a quick note that stocks like DEO HAIN SBUX MNST PEET have been stronger than even an impressive broad market in 2012. Moreover, they have largely outperformed the big three in the beverage space: KO PEP DPS. I have also discussed some other ideas under the broad umbrella of the hot/cold beverage space inside 12631. The early-2012 inflows into those names tell me they could be one of the leaders going forward. Beyond that, we could continue to see a rotation away from stocks like Pepsi and over towards more niche brands.

same sector basically but it has been a dud–better stocks to look at, in my view
