Relaxed and Confident

The great actor Robert De Niro once said that he is at his best in life, whatever he may be doing, when he is relaxed and confident. I agree and, in particular, think that way of thinking is especially applicable to stock traders. If you are at your desk during the session and feel too wound up or anxious, but are unable to really take a break and get away, as corny as it might seem to say, looking at the following video often is a good way to press the refresh button on your mind.
