Saturday Night at Chess Cinemas

Everyone knows the great English film director Alfred Hitchcock for his Psycho (1960) masterpiece. He has plenty of other fabulous pieces of work in his collection as well. My personal favorite is the thrilling and provocative Rope (1948), in which two guys murder one of their supposedly intellectually inferior classmates, and then intentionally flirt with getting caught in order to see just how smart they truly are.

As you can see below, the opening scene wastes no time in getting into the meat of the plot. As always, Hitchcock is going to challenge you on many levels.
