You guys remember $KBIO? How about Daraprim? The drug he raised from $13.50 to $750.00. They finally got Mr. Shkreli for fraud today, but judging from the video below he looks pleased with the verdict.
A jury has found Martin Shkreli guilty on two counts of securities fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud, and not guilty on five other counts, in a trial that centered on the former pharmaceutical executive’s management of two hedge funds.
“We’re not 100 percent pleased, but we’re 90 percent pleased,” Brafman added.
Speaking to the press after the case, he referred to the trial as a “witch hunt of epic proportions.” Watch the clip from CBS News’ Twitter below:
