Starting with today’s date June 09, 2008, I am officially bearish on the world markets. It’s time to watch the whole world crumble to it’s knees. Going forward, I focus my attention on short ideas and will buy large quantities of puts in the near future.
Solar looks ready to crumble, and I foresee the group trading down tremendously in the coming weeks. The financials still have room to fall, and retail is dead with gas nearing 5 dollars a gallon.
Everybody has spent their stimulus money– it is gone, and now the tank is on empty. This drop we are about to face in the worlds market will be of “epic proportion.” There will be no bottom this time.

Ragin, you are a hell of a trader. I’m glad you’re now a BEAR with no bottom in sight. What do you think about the Ag stocks as SHORTS and SMN long? I’ve been watching SMN for weeks and I think it bottomed on Friday. If SMN is going to rally then MON has to come down as it is the largest component. BG looks like a good SHORT too even though not in SMN, however, obviously in Ag sector.

Puts in the NEAR future to me at this moment is a great move. I will wait a little to get a feel for this vixsation. The world markets being fucked up and the election on the way makes puts the best risk/reward play for now. Do you ever think goody boy Charles Kirk uses puts when no one is looking?
Any thoughts on shorting ENER here? It’s been particularly stubborn and still up 100+% in the past month or so. I want to… but looking for some confirmation.
