Eating Piles of Pad Thai

Market took another shit yesterday, who cares.

Check out this timely update from Ragin Cajun. Crazy no? “15% Correction or Not?

I will continue to eat piles of pad thai and just live my life. I don’t care what happens short term. In a weird way, if we do get a 15% correction. SWEET, I’ll have a lower cost average long term.

Don’t sweat it, just buy small and over a long period of time.

I’m also thinking of shorting Microsoft on principle. I fucking hate them.

I care not about the stock markets daily moods, it is merely 1 of countless vehicles to build wealth. She will be a cranky bitch, but she’s recovering from a full fucking nervous break down, better days ahead.

Good day,

P.S: Japan, the most technologically advanced country in the world has 1/5th it’s population over age 65. They are coming out with some intense new inventions to help people walk / continue to live when your will is strong but your body is weak. I see huge potential as we’re going that way over here.

All Aboard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shippers become rippers when the commodities begin scalping short sellers.

I can’t sleep, too much going on in my mind. Particularly blogging and investing. I need to do more research, a curse of “over zealous men” is that at times they act impulsively. I need to delve deeper into the data, I need to make my wallet fatter.

I’m looking through shippers.

It slightly annoys me to see in the top 15 some shippers, 2 names that I sold before I left on the trip, while I still had the mentality of a migrant basic laborer. Those stocks are PRGN and DSX. Since I’m blessed and cursed by not being online, I’m going for bigger stocks, ones I don’t even have to think about after my initial due diligence has been done.

No. Ticker Price Tech. Fund. Hybrid Hybrid Change – Daily Hybrid Change – Weekly
1 TDW 46.24 1.67 5.10 3.14 3.97% -16.49%
2 DSX 14.83 1.19 4.80 2.74 -23.46% -6.16%
3 HOS 28.68 1.64 4.80 2.99 1.36% -6.81%
4 GASS 6.56 1.39 4.80 2.85 -0.70% 3.64%
5 CPLP 10.27 1.89 4.70 3.10 -15.76% -19.22%

The connection here is too slow, I can’t be bothered to post the charts. Even though I don’t know how to read a chart, I seem to like posting them, yes?  I’ll have you know I still think a doji is someone spelling dojo and making a typo and a candle stick is something you light at a hunting cabin.

I bought a starter in TDW about 47.5 minutes before the sell off from a day or so ago at $46.70. I’ll add to it with strength. 5.1/5 on fundamentals sounds ‘aight’ to this guy. These are ranked by fundamentals btw. I care little for daily hybrid % change when going as long as I’m going. Even if a stock gets off course temporarily, there is plenty of time for them to “right the ship”.

Off to drink litres of freshly squeezed orange juice and eat my usual green eggs & ham.

Late Shorts Get Slaughtered, haha

I just pumped 1500 words+ into this here said update, but deleted it. Why? Because it’s too deep, too personal to share with you. I’m getting sick of Bangkok because it has so many losers dressed in traditional thai clothes, hippies with dreads or dudes who come here exclusively to get laid. I can smell the disease and it makes me sick.

On a stock market update, looks like the market MELTED UP, yes? Could I of bought cheaper had I waited, sure. Life isn’t about perfection, it’s about winning and that is exactly what I’m doing. I’m going long, like the rest of your bullshit 9-5 career. I laugh at my micro-crap bullshit. After adding a significant sum to my portfolio and investing it wisely, I was barely affected by the sell off, seriously.

Life is good, I’m going to continue reading the updates in The PPT as my guide to wealth and add accordingly. I really like POT. I will add at $107, $117, $127, $137, $147, $157 and $167 and then just `let it ride` old school style.

Without further a due, here are some picks from the godly PPT. Why do I speak so highly of The PPT? Simply because it has helped me bank serious coin relative to my portfolio size, further more it has helped me go from a piker down 40% bag holder to a man who is up and loving his life. Passive income is king, much like I am the king of the PG.

These bloggeries that I pump out on the regular are aimed at those 30.97 years and younger. It’s for people who have enough time to take some risks and let them pay off long term. I KNOW that GIC’s are for people who seek security, like the guy who married his high school sweetheart despite the fact she’s become a fat ugly cow, all because he fears he can’t “do better”.

It’s late, I’m tired and soon going to use my old boxers that I replaced with silk ones(for pennies on the dollar) to stuff my vintage Nike’s so they dry. It rained so hard here I was walking through rain half way up to my knees on the way home. I had an absolutely crazy night of binge drinking. It was so ridiculous that  I even eat the last fried scorpion from a street vendor, it had a weird tang to it and what looked like a leprosy growth on it. Either way, no regrets.

What are my TOP PICKS????

I like SU all the way to $70 CDN.

I like POT all the way to $175 CDN

I like IMO all the way to the moon. (Only integrated oil in Canada if I’m not mistaken)

While you trade IN AND OUT on a carousel to nowhere, I will add to my winners while ruthlessly culling my losers. For a guy whose biggest crime in life is “being over zealous with the things he loves” not being around during market hours is a blessing.

Also, the US market is for fucking losers if you aren’t from the US. The US is going to hell in a hand basket.

I love The PPT, mainly because it’s made me regain a status I’m most accustomed to, a winner. My only wish is that it would add some Asian markets as that’s where the “action is”. Also add the TSX, Canada has the highest percentage of internet users and one of the highest average net incomes… Add it to The PPT and they will come, no doubt. I’d even be willing to do bullshit data entry because in the long run, this will affect me in a most prodigious way.

I digress.

It’s late, I’m soaking wet and fucking tired. Here are the top industries in The PPT at the moment. Usually I’d add like 10, but if you read this daily and aren’t a member of The PPT, you are a piker and don’t deserve it. I bet you spend like $65-80 on cable. Keep watching the Boob Tube to escape your pathetic existence. Also keep spending more than the membership a month on coffee. Furthermore if you sign for a year it’s like $1 something a day. haha $1 a fucking a day to get priceless insight in the most mysterious yet lucrative game out there. It’s a fucking deal.

In the future, when the notes become crowded, I hope the prices increase but those who joined get grandfathered.

Here is something to put in your pipe, most of you can’t think for yourself. “Le Fly” should make a subscription for pikers who don’t need The PPT because they are born and bred followers, just whenever he updates a “BUY” on The PPT it sends an alert so you can follow him. I saw some dude at Blog World who does that, he banks like $100,000k a month on that subscription service. Let’s get serious, most are sheep, few shepherds in this world.

Rank Industry Hybrid Hyb. Chg. (Daily)
1 Publishing – Newspapers 3.18 +18.77%
2 Information & Delivery Services 3.17 +17.32%
3 Textile – Apparel Footwear & Accessories 3.15 +12.88%
4 Industrial Equipment Wholesale 3.13 +0.16%
5 General Contractors 3.13 +14.19%

I had other stuff to say but it escapes me, with that it’s 5am and I should get to bed considering I have what feels like a cockroach who laid eggs in my throat.

Good day,

Went Shopping

I was indifferent when I woke up and saw that the market took a fucking swan dive right after I deployed ~10% of my coin allocated to “the market” into it. Having ramped up my portfolio, I am still sitting with ~45% cash.

As I said yesterday, I wouldn’t care and I didn’t. It was business as usual, what is that business? None of your fucking business.

Instead of pining over my losses, I went out and bought a whole new wardrobe, thinner clothes as it’s fucking humid here. Silk boxers are great and I highly recommend them.

If I was a “trader” I’d be shitting a brick right now, luckily, I am not. I am an investor and realize this is “all part of the game”. I’ll post some PPT picks when I return from an evening out with new found friends, exotic menus and cheap liquor.

I did however learn something, what I learnt was that  it’s ridiculous how well The PPT times shit. I bought when it was in “middle ground” between the common scores it constantly oscillates between. As a result it could of gone up or down, this time it went down.

When the market hits the typical bottom, I will add some more, if I feel like it, if I’m near a computer. If not, I will just let this ride and continue to seek out other opportunities and enjoy my life. Sure it’s down today from yesterday but I’m confident over the next 1-2 years it will outperform a bullshit GIC or savings account by a significant margin.

I’d go on but I’m late for a quasi important date and for some reason felt an overwhelming compulsion to update this blog.

Have a good day at work,

Tales From an Ex TickerTard

Today, I will enlighten you with some tales from a self confessed ex tickertard.

I used to be a big time tickertard, getting thrilled or filled with anxiety with every tick of the market. Typically I’d lose money. Then I became aware of the term “tickertard” on the iBC dictionary, after that I eased up but was still a clinically insane neurotic. Each morning I’d look at my balance and get all emotional about the shit. Looking back it was fucking pathetic and for the most part, I lost money.

It’s fucked up how you invest money you don’t  need for day to day living expenses but stress when shits not going your way. It’s like divorcing your wife each time you get into a fight, then getting re-married with an expensive ceremony when it starts working out again. It’s asinine, ridiculous and straight up ludicrous.  There are peaks in valleys in every part of life, I’m learning the stock market is no different.

Since being on a permanent vacation from a bullshit 9-5 life in the land of wage slaves and over 15,000 miles from the chains that once enslaved me, my accounts have been growing, on their own. The more I buy good companies based on future predictions and the less I intervene, the better.

Everyone is all sketchy about this current rally and when it’s going to have the legs swept from underneath it… I couldn’t care less. With the lessons I’ve learned, I’m scaling into good companies for the long term.  It’s been stressing me out that I have large sums of cash sitting in checking accounts effectively doing nothing for me. Since the gov has effectively roshambo’d the  savers, there is little choice but to place it in the market. Not being in the market now is the equivalence of having a large work force at your disposal but telling them to all go have a smoke and coffee because you, the CEO, fear temporary defeat. If that’s your attitude, maybe you should be out having a fucking smoke and a coffee with the rest of the jokers, no?

Today I bought a bunch of stocks, tomorrow we could start going down again… Who cares. I KNOW in the mid-long term that the companies I’m buying will be around and doing there thing well, as they have been for years.

FWIW, when buying low end budget companies, the compulsion to be a tickertard is greater and for good reason. These companies very well may go belly up and the market cap reflects that. If they were the cat’s fucking meow they’d have a larger cap and trade at a higher price, elementary, no?

Today I bought / added to POT, IMO, BCE, EQIX, RCI, SU.

With that, I’m off to bed, sleeping easy, knowing my money is working while I most certainly am not.

P.S : I will most likely buy MGI at some point. Sure it’s a shit company but they are enabling payments straight to mobile phones. Many people in the part of the world I’m in right now have no bank account or even a place to sleep. They all have mobile phones though. It’s going to happen whether you or I profit from it or not. They release earnings October 30th and 2 hours ago it turns out they have to pay some $18M settlement for a scam. I’m patient and in no rush. Want to see how all this plays out first. Regarding mobile payments, click here.

Forget Taco Bell

Asia is the new cool. The US and North America is just a wage slave trap and before I die, you, the obese complainer about “how hard you have it” will be working for these guys. So forget Taco Bell, fatso and feast your fat face on some of these delicious Chinese Burritos.

I took China Air Lines…. thought it was budget, it made Air Canada look like a fucking joke. The real joke is on the fools paying double or triple to fly a more impoverished airline. 3 meals (I had 6 as I always go for seconds), free beer, free wine, state of the art plane.

Alright, here are a few stocks The PPT likes from China. My mind is mush and everything here in Bangkok is cheap.

$2 gets you 1L of Beer

$12 gets you a 40 minute ride from the airport downtown.

$15 gets you a top room at a decent guest house.

Without further a due, here they are sorted by daily hybrid % change.

Go do something positive with your life, if you’re in debt like mots chumps, just close the browser. If you aren’t, start having your flow make flow for you. It’s the only way to go.

P.S Anyone else ride the $100 roll on POT? It’s not just for hippies and angry youth anymore.  I opened it at $97.82 on the TSX.
