This is for my archive because today’s tape is a good case study on fading the news. I counted about 6 bearish flags intraday on the DJI/SPX/NDX. Using that flag pattern I straight up hit the reversal point on the VIX that led up to a big selloff in FAS. Hit this one to the stinking penny. PENNY!! 😉
… FAS went from 9.20 to 7.92 in about 2 hours. We had 16% to play with there. I capped out at 5%. As you already know, I went into today with a strong bias to fade FAS.

Sick fade Gio! You should publish a couple of your VIX articles somewhere other than here, tutorial type things… You’re always spot on with the VIX and I really appreciate that as a second opinion to my trading set-up.

I think I generally spend a lot less time talking shit here compared to a while back. I just don’t care as much anymore about e-personalities. Also, I don’t consider it talking shit when you are calling someone out or right.

I have GOOG short sell all worked out to a 95% level of certainty.
I also have a better than 90% win loss trading record, past 6 month’s ( all documented)–So what else can I do to get more members?

Zeestock, your blog just doesn’t have any flavor to it, plain and simple. Not criticizing your trading, you’ve been doing this forever. Blog looks nice, but you are just going to have to up the literary content to go along with the magic “90% always right” (really?) content. You can scroll through IBC every day like it is an up to the minute newspaper, always reading about stuff, as well as the stock ideas and Fly’s dark sense of humour.
and yes, I gotta say it- if you are 90% – 95% right about the market, why do you care about getting ‘members’ to join up for $11.95 for 3 months access??? retire.

Zstock, one suggestion. Write and publish your trading record in some kind of file that is easy to understand, perhaps Excel, or Word. Publishing each trade record on 1 individual chart makes it terribly and stupidly time consuming for anyone trying ascertain what you have going on.
Z’s website makes me want to move to Barbados to sell pineapples.
@zstock7, I have an education. However, if you can provide a school that would provide me 95% certainty in the stock market, I’ll consider getting my MBA there.
