His story is about skill, hustle, timing, and luck all coming together. The luck and timing part took him from multi-millionaire to billionaire status. He was destined for millions no matter what, IMO.

Hard work, persistence, learning from mistakes, skill, etc, bring forth the so-called ‘luck’.
Here’s the great secret of great wealth – it’s RANDOM. If it wasn’t we’d all copy the ‘formula` and own our own islands. Cuban is a statistic no matter what he thinks. Same for Warren Buffet, lottery winners, etc.
