Late Night Strategy for Tuesday

Headed into Tuesday’s session, further strength in the tape would see me looking at Goodrich Petrol Corp. as a long idea, out of the high and tight daily chart bull flag seen below. I may pair this off with an ERY long (triple-short the energy stocks) if profit-taking sets in for the energy sector as a whole, given that it is a now-famous rotation beneficiary.

I am also looking to see if the precious metals and miners can follow-through on Monday’s late-day upside reversal, especially the junior gold miners. If so, JNUG NUGT are back on my radar, perhaps even the lowly silver long ETF’s, too.
