I look for stocks whose Daily PPT Hybrid Score surges, while the Weekly Hybrid has been negative over the past week. This can often yield stocks which are emerging from consolidations.

i went ahead and picked up some BIS. I know that the IBB chart in isolation says to bide your time. I didn’t wait because I’m exposed and edgy, but I don’t want to sell NVAX, IPCI, or (any more) ANAC.
BTW: Some huge blocks of NVAX exchanged hands at end of day yesterday…
