Rick’s Cabaret, the gentleman’s club, is bull-flagging after its earnings pop, seen on the first daily chart, below.
Headed into 2014, this one may very well be a sleeper to the upside. You can see the monthly chart, second below, sporting a long, sideways consolidation for years on end as volume has tapered off.
Keep in mind, the Super Bowl is being played in the New York City area this February. The strip club, as they have been known to do, could easily rally in front of the event as Manhattan gets flooded in addition to the usual holiday tourists it is enjoying right now.
I think another move over $12.75 sees the stock having a destiny to $16.
I would not want to see $11, and especially $10 broken as support.
