And Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. sure has been a monster this fall. After a very steep, multi-year downtrend, the stock surged on very heavy buy volume over the past few weeks. What’s more, the stock has now digested those gains quite impressively, barely giving anything back. I am looking at $3.35 as the next minor resistance to clear, then $3.50.
Yes, the stock is on the thin side and low priced. But this figures to be a major reversal in the works, especially given the volume.
Any ideas on why the stock has become so hot? Buyout target?
