After a strong run after the past several weeks, we have seen some obvious profit-taking in some areas of the market. While bears are claiming a top is at hand, we still need more evidence before that can be determined with more confidence. Keep in mind, uptrends are notoriously deceptive in how long they can last before a true correction materializes.
At any rate, being prepared with a list of which stocks are exuding relative strength is important, in the sense that we want to know where underlying demand is so strong that market volatility cannot break the back of the buyers.
