If you enjoy action, history, and well-acted, well-written films, then the Daniel Day-Lewis-led The Last of the Mohicans (1992) is most certainly worth checking out.

One of my very favorites. Action, history …and a raw romance that doesn’t induce the gag reflex.

‘Master and Commander’ and ‘Kingdom of Heaven’ are a couple of others in a similar vein.
