I have done little today after the market juked the piss out of me yesterday. I’ve actually added back a few longs that I sold in panic, but that’s about it.

I really have nothing to add today, as I’ve stated the same thing all week, but I figured I write something in fear of The Fly “86ing” me.

How ’bout oil prices, pretty damn low, yet oil and alternative energy stocks trade higher today. Around my hood people are getting laid off left and right, with the majority being in the oil service space.

How ’bout Mardi Gras, anyone traveling to New Orleans? I’m actually leaving this state called Louisiana during the festivals. There’s really nothing to see other than a few fat women showing their tits, and a lot of drunk people stumbling over each other. It’s cool and all if it’s your first time seeing parades, but after that it’s just a mess.

How ’bout Valentines day, what a waste of a day. I could ramble on about how much I hate this day, but frankly I don’t have the time. In my past experiences I can do everything right and then some, yet still end up in the dog house. “But, baby it’s Valentines day!”
