I picked up some Sep $12.50 calls in KG this morning, after seeing the huge volume in the August calls. I got into the Sep’s @ 0.70 and they are now trading at 1.30 – like the foolish bastard that I am, I didn’t sell any of them.
I don’t know my dick from a doorknob when it comes to charts, but it doesn’t look like there is much overhead resistance on this stock.
It’s a lotto play on pharma buyouts, and they also have earnings on Thursday.
