The second risk is that technically, we should be encountering a major area of supply. By making back all that was lost since last year, all the shareholders who held through the crash and recovery are back to even for the first time in over eighteen months. Maybe they won’t sell. Maybe the technical resistance won’t matter. But history shows that major resistance is in fact just that. It should take time and effort for the markets to work through that resistance. It will take much probing, pulling back, and general sideways action to work through the trading that may be needed before successfully rising above that obvious resistance levels.
