The day started off well, then slumped, and now I am back up. It’s going to take awhile for me to make back the carnage that I’ve been dealt the last couple of days. GRPN, FSLR, and P are extremely frustrating but my theses stand strong, these companies suck. GRPN’s business model is unsustainable and criminal that it IPO’d, solar is expensive and inefficient, and P is just hemorrhaging cash. They are crushing my book, but not causing me to lose sleep. LULU, UA, and TRIP are just annoying, but I still think they are sound to take off. All in all not a bad day, but not a great day either. Tomorrow being a Friday, and with all this other bullshit going on, should lend to quite a few surprises, and Mr Rhino here believes it will be a day a winship for him.
I hopped on OCZ today, with a tiny position, on all this momentum from them being able to rectify their supply problems, and added to my P short. Tomorrow I will look to sell some positions into the weekend and cover if my shorts do a “Jose Canseco.” I will be looking to add to my GLD position and start a position in EXK as precious metals are a haven with a weak dollar and the uncertainty of the weekend. Now that ZNGA is getting bashed AH because FB can develop their own games, I expect niche tech business like P may fall as well tomorrow. That’s it folks, time to hit the gym and prep for FOOTBALL TONIGHT!!!
