Small paper play BZ finally got bought out, by PKG, after years of being a logical candidate. The stock showed suspicious signs of strength, as though “someone knew something” over the past week.
Which reminds me of another perennial buyout play, Brocade.
I highlighted the stock over the summer not just for its takeover potential, but also due to its improved price action. And updating the weekly chart, below, you can see the bull flag develop after the initial breakout. I am looking for a $7.92 trigger.
