It is interesting how weak Deere continues to be, even underperforming fellow laggard Caterpillar over the past week or os. Thursday’s selling was downright nasty. And I believe the stock remains a short idea, vulnerable to a major breakdown below $81. A weekly close above $85 negates this.
On the long side in the industrial/energy space, keep an eye on FLS into next week to see if it gives us a high/tight bull flag after this recent strong, high buy volume breakout.
