We looked at Diana Shipping earlier as being one of the very best overall technical setups in that group.
Turning to the tankers, keep an eye on STNG again. I have mentioned this one earlier in 2013, and it still looks viable as a long idea in an overarching uptrend. Specifically, a move up through $10.20 should trigger a base breakout. I would not want to see a move down through $9.75.
