While far from an ideal technical setup (longer-term downtrend, declining 200-day moving average, etc.), First Solar is close to triggering a breakout from well-defined resistance all the while making higher lows. $26 figures to be the first hurdle to clear, and considering that an absurd percentage of the float is short this stock, you could easily see upside fireworks.
