Could CMG be another DECK/GMCR/NFLX?
David Einhorn came out today, calling CMG a short here. Looking at the weekly chart since 2009, you can see the potential for the other side of the mountain in terms of momentum falling downhill. I will likely have more about this in another blog post.
For now, be sure to read this blog post about the best way to analyze long-term charts of momentum stocks that have appreciated considerably in just a few short years. That analysis alone would have saved you from the bottom-picking traps we have seen in GMCR and DECK.
