I hope you did not “remiss” me too much, but it’s been a busy couple of days. It gets like that around here.
Some of you may be wondering to yourselves “Gee Jake, why aren’t you tying a makeshift belt noose around your closet hanger-pipe and offing yourself with said device?”
Well, if the market was all that mattered, I might be at that stage. Luckily, we had a big “win” today at the office which (fingers crossed) could mean significant replenishment of the old bullshit trading account. All’s the better if we get this closed before year end, so I don’t have to give it all to Obama.
In short, all I can say is, yet again, “thank God I don’t do this for a living.” I have increasing admiration for the Fly’s, Alphas, GW’s and Cajun’s who do (if Cajun does in fact do this for a living, heh!).
I will have some actual market commentary later tonight, where I’ll look at a couple more long term plays, but in the mean time, please enjoy these pictures of my Big Red Ass.
