More Stock Trading Ideas and Explanations

Light volume window dressing or not, I am see more attractive charts than I have in at least five weeks. The frustrating, choppy price action over the past few weeks has served to form technical bases. Despite their progress, the bulls still have plenty of work ahead of them before we have an “off to the races” scenario. Nonetheless, the increased number of improved charts puts me on notice to increase long exposure as they follow-through, and more stocks set up behind.

The auto dealership and car parts plays are on fire. Here are just a few. Note that some are already extended past proper buy points, and thus should be stalked for better entries after consolidating. However, it is extraordinarily important to be cognizant of which sectors emerge as the new leaders out of a correction. As you can see on the following charts, the auto plays seem to fit that description.
