Furthermore, the holder intends to recommend the election of a Director to represent the interests of the minority shareholders with substantial vested interests in the company’s operations, or otherwise address and enhance the company’s current discounted valuation, so that increased value is delivered to all shareholders. Attiva disclosed a 7.69% stake in a 13D filing; up from 6.39% disclosed on 4-Mar.

Like several other radio broadcasting companies, the CEO and founders have voting control because of the class of stock they own. As long as cash flow remains they do not have to do anything the regular shareholders want to do.
You could still make a mint off price changes. Except for satellite stock SIRI, radio stock volume can be light and bid ask spreads can be wide.
The radio companies that expanded in the price bubble are now underwater in debt. Despite the fact millions still listen, revenue is down. Cash flow has stabilized mostly because of massive cost cutting, which has taken a toll on product quality.
For now it remains a nice business with good operating margins, until they are drowned by the debt load.
Eventually it probably is terminal, unless the entertainment product can reach a comparable audience via new delivery methods.
I think the recent increase in the stock prices is a combination of the general bullish mood and recent reports by radio companies of a light at the end of the tunnel.
I’m a poor trader, so these are just my views on the industry. The prices can move and you can make money.
