Is it a coincidence that the Obama administration is using imagery straight from the Marxist playbook for their re-election aspirations? They’ve done it before with the poster above.
Used to be a time when most elected officials would run as far as they could away from anything that might portray them as a commie. Hell these days it seems that they are most happy to at least be sympathetic to the cause de jour of the leading U.S. Marxist and socialist politburo.
Seems a bit ominous that their latest slogan is “forward”.

Barack Obama did himself no favours today unveiling a new campaign slogan that critics say has unfortunate similarities to ones used by Chairman Mao and other Communists. …
‘Spring Forward’ was also a slogan used by Vladimir Lenin in Communist Russia.
The word “forward” though seems innocent enough. We all want to move forward. Not look back. Look to the future. Better times are ahead. Indeed…

Vorwärts (“Forward”) was the central organ of the Social Democratic Party of Germany published daily in Berlin from 1891 to 1933 by decision of the party’s Halle Congress, as the successor of Berliner Volksblatt, founded in 1884.
Friedrich Engels and Kurt Tucholsky both wrote for Vorwärts. It backed the Russian Marxist economists and then, after the split in the Party, the Mensheviks. It published articles by Leon Trotsky, but would not publish any by Vladimir Lenin. . .
Vorwaerts lives on today as the house organ of Germany’s leftist SPD; you can read all about its illustrious history here (in German).
Isn’t it interesting that nobody in the administration or even his handlers are even remotely concerned about the comparisons between Obama and other historical world planners on the left?
Whatever you want to call these people: socialist, Marxist, communist, they are out in the open. The question is, do you care? Do you care about your freedom? Liberty? Or would you rather the statists take of you? Do you want you life planned from the central committee?
