It’s grey and gloomy here in the city, like a perfect summer day. I’m pulling my shorts out of my dresser and prepping for the not so warm weather. As you know, I have talked about P being a short, ad nauseum, look here. Pandora reports after the bell today, and I don’t think it will be good. I am already short the name, but may double down here. Another short I am looking at is CMG, which Le Fly of Navarone mentioned in his post this morning. I commented on his post with my strategy; CMG has great March seasonality, so I am going to try and look for a bit of a short squeeze, then get short, in order to maximize profits. That’s the deal.

Otherwise I am bullish overall, at least for the time being. Thus, I still think my top picks from my previous post, longs, are the way to go. They are all trading with less than their average volume, with only RGR trading over half of its average. To refresh your memory, I am talking about CVI, LULU, LL, UA, LGF, IMAX, RGR, and UA. I just doubled down on my P short, and if it pays off I will add to CVI and LL. Sorry this post is so spastic, but I am bored with the low volume, low news, and anticipation of P’s earnings.
