Outlook

I have three main issues to discuss tonight:

1. The earnings of KORS and TSLA.

2. KAMAKAZI!

3. Squeeze plays.

TSLA reports tomorrow, and I just don’t think they can make any money yet, but at the same time this earnings season has had a lot of surprises. What interests me the most is that this name has been crushing shorts lately, as it has short interest of over 50%, and is sitting right underneath it’s 52wk high of $40. It will be interesting to see how this stock reacts in the case of a beat, a miss, or poor guidance. I think there will be a lot left to go, either long or shot, after they report. Could this be the next NFLX? KORS is not far from it’s 52wk high either, this earnings report could be the catalyst to send this stock soaring. There should be some decent downside if they miss, but that could be a good dip to buy on in a longer term time-frame.

Japan is going to absolutely rip in the coming days and weeks, I am already long YCS, and will look to get long EWJ when I see a good oppurtunity. BONZAI!
