A LOT OF FIXIN’S AT iBC

As a reminder, next week is a WEEK LONG BOOTCAMP on After Hours with Option Addict. There is an options strategy out there that fits you, that you should be plugging in immediately. Come sit with me and figure this out how options can benefit your portfolio this upcoming week.

We also have another STOCK CONTEST at iBC where the winner lands a ticket to come sit with us at the upcoming NYC Investor Conference.

Pick a stock, win, and come get a top notch experience at the Yale Club this fall.

Speaking of which, I have changed up the content for this conference. One of my most requested discussion topics has been to break down environmental changes the market makes from one year to the next. Most traders want to know how to measure changes, predict them, and most importantly, know how to adapt to them. I’ve poured in a ton of work on this, but still have some time left over to focus on a few other topics. I have a few ideas I think are best, but if you are willing, please leave me some ideas to see if there are any common themes amongst traders out there. Even if you are on the fence in regards to coming….if you were to attend, what is the most pressing topic you wish you knew more about this very moment.

Also, you shouldn’t be on the fence. Get your ticket now.

Have a great weekend,

OA

    The following items seem inline with what you are planning and may not be fresh ideas, but in particular (some of this you have touched on in your AHWOA seminars, I’m a new member so this may be old news to most). I would be interested in hearing more about;
    -Discussions about where money tends to flow in the stock market going into periods of higher or lower volatility, (ie large cap vs more speculative) and how we may get ahead of moves, and favourite strategies during these periods.
    – This is a common one I am sure but, anticipating sector/industry rotation and what signals to look for (beyond the general sector rotation within an economic cycle). Exodus provides some great tools, but it would be interesting to hear more from experienced traders and where we see things going into 2016 and 2017.
    -Trading in a bear market… something that we will see, and anyone (like myself) that has only been trading for under 5ish years may not be ready for, and what cycles and patterns experienced traders are looking at to gauge when real change is occurring.
    -Automated computer trading and its impact on the markets, and where we may see things in 5 or 10 years, what may be changing for us.

    Bet the house bullish. Reasons nicely summarized here:

    http://money.cnn.com/data/fear-and-greed/

    1. Spreads have not blown out
    2. Higher new lows last week vs prior week and higher low from Oct 2014 bottom
    3. Persistent Put Buying
    4. Chart of Fear / Greed Index shows a persistence of pessimism and made its first higher low last week while grinding out a bottom firmly above Oct 2014 bottom.

    Top stock ideas: FIT FSLR SLCA TWTR VJET. Top ETF – UCO
