Opportuni-CREE?

LED

You know this is one of my favourite (sic) non-gold/silver picks in my bag of tricks and I think Cree, Inc. [[CREE]] may be in a potental place for me to buy back once again at a key inflection point.   As illustrated here, the 50-day EMA has been very reliable place to hoover some relatively cheap shares.

Even on the weekly chart, the 13-week EMA (roughly equivalent to the 65-day EMA) shows great support as well.

Let these pictures be your guide.  As I believe that Cree, Inc. [[CREE]] will be the Dell Inc. [[DELL]] of it’s time, I shall be buying more on this pull back and holding for the extended term.

Best to you all.

      Hello Mr. Gint,

What do you think the long term impact of the Cormark Securities & Haywood Securities financing deal will have on the stock price of PAL? So far the market doesn’t seem to like it, but I tend to trust your long term outlook on all things hard and shiny.

Thank you as always, I’ve got an order in on CREE. Been waiting for an entry point since I missed the first time you were recommending it.

      Best,

      Mark

    M. Gint, are you in RBCN? They make crystals and whatnot for LED bulbs and whatnot. It’s up significantly since March.

    Whatnot.

    Jake,

Is this a mattress stuffer for you, or do you plan on trading based off the spread from various MA?

Most of my picks are mattress stuffers, unless I find some fatal flaw that means it’s time to gtfo.

CREE is no exception. I’m merely trying to illustrate some interesting buy points.

CREE, shmee. Who do the G-Men take tonight? They have to do what it takes to get McLain, right?

McClain went early, unfortch. Giants settled for that Phreak out of South Florida, John Peter Paul Pou Pou Pou.

Decent upside, but still a gamble.

I don’t really like the “workout warrior” types. (e.g. Mike Mamula..)….and this article from football outsiders does not give me a warm and fuzzy….

“….the few recent edge rusher prospects with junior college experience were among the worst defensive draft picks in recent memory. The illustrious list includes Anton Palepoi, Jerome McDougle, Tony Bryant, Lamar King, Erik Flowers, Michael Boireau and most recently, David Veikune, Cleveland’s 2009 second-round pick, who did not record a sack as a rookie and was inactive for much of the season. Unless you count Julian Peterson, a 4-3 linebacker who doesn’t fit this study, you have to go back to Leonard Little in 1998 to find a former junior college player who panned out in the NFL, and Little spent only one year at junior college. When Tony Bryant is your upside, you’re in trouble.”

However, like # 6, I’m willing to give Reese the benefit of the doubt based on his track record.

Hopefully they find a LB somewhere.

All non PM/Resource/Physical positions liquidated as ‘potential’ upside remains limited to roughly 30-40 SPX points from present levels before embarking on 5-10% corrective Phase.

Don’t Miss the chair when the Music halts.

    53% Long PM’s (Jr’s)/Physical

    47% Cash/Various currencies

    Indeed!
