Something that is still developing is the potential bear flag breakdown in the Treasuries ETF, seen below on the daily chart. We know the lonerg-term timeframes remain quite vulnerable a massive top in Treasuries, meaning yields can go much higher. And the short-term action seems to be consistent with that view as well. After an attempt at stabilization over the past week or so, I am looking to see if the sell-off in Treasuries sticks and whether it affects the gap-up in equities. As I write this, I see TLT gapped before recent low.
TBT is the inverse ETF of TLT.

ugly price action in TLT agreed but what does this say about equities moving forward? Can the market get all happy with 10 year yields over 2.5% for any real length of time?
Also Copper getting taken to the wood chipper today and DX ripping over 84 level means headwinds for multi national corporations in Q3 due to currency issues
