The example we looked at last week of bottoming action (for A bottom, but way too early to know if it is THE bottom) was the inverted hammer daily chart candlestick and upside confirmation in silver miner PAAS.
The issue now becomes whether the bear market rally in the precious metals miners has legs to push higher yet. You probably know, by now, what I am going to say–You are looking for that higher low. I would not want to see $11 lost if I were a miners bull here n this stock. We looked at it because it was one of the more pronounced bottoming candles, and so far so good. So let’s stick with this one and see if it keeps shedding light on the metals and miners as a whole.
