On the open, the system will sell its last position, Valley National Bancorp [[VLY]] .
There are no new purchases for today.
The system is designed to keep one from buying into overbought markets. It would be nice to get a little pullback, load the system up with 5 or so stocks, and then get a bounce to new highs.
