Thanks Scott – your views alleviate some of the frustration of being in cash for a long stretch here. I just don’t have the conviction for the long side nor the sack for the short. 65% cash and somewhat detached from it all.
in,or out,the market is in murderlize mood. murdered for being in, and murdered for being out. scott,you said there is a lot of money waiting. i just dont see it coming back,that money has decided that it doesnt “trust” being there. that makes it worse than the housing problem.

I was quoted there often but never employed there.
much appreciated encapsulation of state of the markets. being a rookie (<3years) i'm bruised and battered. my highs for the year were in march. biggest mistake was not going to cash in mid july then hitting quick on selective plays. hindsight….. i've bookmarked your piece along with a few of fly's to keep me oriented going forward.
