pull an SPX chart – lower trend line from 10:07 & 11:05 would give you a safer long entry with a defined exit point if it gets there and you see potential.
we’ll probably see some wandering now through lunch with a direction decision around 1

Just hit that line. Sliced right through it like butta’. Tells me the buyers are just not into this anymore at this level.
If we move back up to it and it can’t get through to the upside, you COULD take short entry with a really tight stop. I’m not but it should work if you don’t get too greedy – maybe a point or 2.

yep – that was hot. 72.40 to 73.00 gets very congested. after 73, it could be a smooth ride to test 75.00

1pm coming – should see an attempt at a break either way – be on the right side of the scalp or else
The USD is dragging it all up. Breaking through Euro 1.4844 would be outrgeous. We could be trying 1100 SPX in the next few sessions.

5 and 10 min /CL has some nice bull flag action; watching the 1m rounded bottom for a cup and handle formation into 1pm , might be working..
Hard to imagine anybody saying “I gotta buy this now” at these levels (Euros, oil, SPX). We need some consolidation.

I want to try to get short on some strength. Not expecting much over or even really close to 72 with the floor session over.
Entry target would be 71.80 range
Short targets would be 71.54, 71.31, & 71.12
I don’t use them but a good stop would be 72.20 – leaves some risk but it’s something…
