Update:There’s a good chance the account was fake. I don’t know for sure but it looks that way. First tweet late September. Early tweets looked more trolly. Some people said Scott deleted the account On October 19th and some troll picked up the username with the underscore.
However, he still manages to have personal pictures and pictures of Jake Taper and Podesta. Those could have been borrowed online.

Some serious allegations made here and jaw dropping stuff. Scott Foval certainly has the inside knowledge but after being fired seems he’s out for blood. If he has proof of any of his claims he’ll probably aim for a plea bargain.
