yong was my next guess..but does not fit your parameters.. could this company fall under something other than fertilizers ? special chemical maybe .. I am tapped out on fertilizer companies

Check the options volume. CGA fits what he said in the post- 446 Aug $4 calls traded yesterday between $0.25-0.30. Also, China Humic Acid Industry Association Selects China Green Agriculture, Inc. as the Top Manufacturer of Humic Acid Anti-drought Fertilizer Products. I don’t like the fact that their accounts receivables have been growing faster than their revenues. That’s usually a bad sign.
