    Looking at the make up of the IWM my guess is the index chops for the next year: SPY DIA continue higher: SMH may be more important for overall market theses days.

    IWM does great when TLT sinks. Small Caps LOVE rising rates and SUCK with falling rates. Play the TLT/IWM swings.
