But doesn’t the mattress lose some of it’s spring the more times you bounce off it? This market is scary, I’m a believer in the H&S top. I think we bounce when the Nas hits bottom of range…which means a little more pain.
Looks to me like we get a rally tomorrow, but the 200DMA may now become resistance. If it does, we are really in trouble. This is the type of tape I am expecting for the next 12 months. Gold and silver higher, stocks lower not including miners.
Your latest tweet says “lower end of a directionless market not a trend change.”
But doesn’t “directionless” imply that there is not a trend? If there’s a trend, then how can the market be called directionless? Perhaps I’m confused? Please explain. Thanks.
Oh. Sorry about that. So with regard to the head and shoulders pattern. Isn’t it only a head and shoulders reversal if/once we actually fall through the support? Also, isn’t there a particular range of time those patterns usually occur in or else you can’t really call them that? Thanks for sharing your knowledge, I do not know very much about these matters.

I addressed that issue in the video.
Thanks for your insights and thoughts Chess.. they’re much appreciated and I now look forward to your nightly commentary.
